Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This is an English translation of our Spanish-language privacy notice (aviso de privacidad). If there is any difference between the two, the Spanish version prevails.
Who is responsible
Mario Franco Polanco, doing business as MarioAI ("MarioAI", "we"), with address at Mavila at Quivira #401A, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, C.P. 23456, México, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP; published March 20, 2025, last amended November 14, 2025).

Personal data we process
Identification and contact data you give us when you email, call, message us on WhatsApp or book a call: name, email address, phone number, business name and the content of your messages.
Information about your business that you share while scoping a project or during a contracted service.
Browsing data collected automatically when you visit marioai.co: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and approximate location, through Google Analytics and our hosting provider's server logs.
We don't ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't send it through this site or our contact channels.
Why we process it
Primary purposes (needed to serve you): answering your questions; scheduling and holding calls; preparing quotes and proposals; delivering, following up on and billing the services you hire; and meeting legal obligations.
Secondary purposes (not needed for the service): occasionally sending you content or news about our services, and analyzing site usage to improve it. If you don't want your data used for these, email info@marioai.co with the subject "Secondary purposes". Saying no doesn't affect any service you request.
Who we share it with
We use providers that process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us: Google (Google Analytics, Google Workspace and Google Calendar for booking calls), Vercel (website hosting) and, if you contact us that way, WhatsApp/Meta. Some of these providers process data outside Mexico.
We don't sell or rent your personal data. We would only share it with third parties for their own purposes when the law requires it or a competent authority orders it; otherwise we'll ask for your consent first.
Cookies and similar technologies
marioai.co uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site works without them.
Your rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, have it deleted, or object to its processing (known in Mexico as ARCO rights).
To exercise them, email info@marioai.co with: your name and a way to reply to you; a copy of your ID (or, if acting for someone else, proof that you represent them); a clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise; and any document that helps us find it.
We'll reply within 20 days of receiving your request and, if it applies, act on it within the following 15 days.
Withdrawing consent and limiting use
You can withdraw any consent you've given us, or ask us to limit how your data is used or disclosed, at any time by emailing info@marioai.co. Withdrawal isn't retroactive, and in some cases we may not be able to act on it right away if we must keep data for a legal obligation or an ongoing service.
Changes to this notice
Any change to this privacy notice will be published on this page with its last-updated date. If the change is significant and we have your email, we'll also let you know that way.
Authority
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you can contact Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority that enforces this law.
